Rob and his crews did an amazing job replacing rotted out siding in the back of our house, installing gutter guards, and prepping and painting our home. Each crew was professional and thorough, taking the time for example to replace extra siding boards adjacent to the rotted area, caulking every edge and nail for paint prep work, priming to stop siding swelling, etc. Rob remained in touch with us through the whole process and I felt the pricing was very fair for the quality of work that was done.

We are super pleased with the fresh paint job on our home. I've always done my own work to save money and to do it right. But, due to disabilities I can no longer do this type of work. So, how do you find someone that will do exactly what you want, do it the way you would do it, and offer it at a fair price? That's what Hero did for us. Rob worked with us from the beginning to match colors and and make a few minor repairs before the paint was applied. They pressure washed first, then they caulked and repaired the siding in a few places. Then the paint was applied in an even and thick coat. Throughout the process, Rob kept us informed. The painting crew took great care to keep paint from dripping, etc. They did a great job of keeping the work area tidy and neat and they were super friendly to chat with. Bottom line: It's how I (the perfectionist) would've done it. If you're like me and you want it done right down to the smallest detail and you don't want to spend a fortune, please give Rob a call. Rob and his HERO crew have been fantastic to work with. He was super helpful in navigating the insurance claims process for our home, delivered samples to us to help pick new materials, was up front with his process and scheduling, and generally just a pleasure to work with. Rob from Hero Exteriors is just a great person running an amazing business. He takes a transparent, educational approach to his business, and seems very honest and fair. We've had his company do a couple of projects at our house and both were done very well, my husband and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs exterior house projects done. Rob really went out of his way to get everything my insurance company requested and got all of the many parts of our hail claim completed to our satisfaction. I want to say what a fantastic job Hero exterior did with the roof replacement and gutters on my home. The last hailstorm did quite abit of damage to my property and Rob was great to get right out and give me a report complete with photos to send to my insurance company. He met the adjuster at the home and went over everything and the quote was approved, and initial startup money sent to me with in a week. The job was completed quickly. I couldn't be more pleased. You should also know that I use this company for all the work I need through my property management company, and they are a truly a valued company. I highly recommend them for any of your home improvement needs.

Rob provided the most excellent service. After a hail storm my house required a new roof, paint, garage doors and all kinds of stuff. Couldn't have been easy as my insurance sucks. He stuck it out with us and even led us through the process. After the fact we had some ceiling damage for an unrelated incident and he took care of it for us. I will not be using anyone else in the future.
