The Product Specialist will play a critical role in our operations, utilizing specialized skills to enhance our expanding customer base, and pursue the direction of our sales team. This position requires an individual to be self motivated, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Establish positive rapport with customers as the first impression of HERO exteriors
- Stay up to date on industry product and labor knowledge
- Establish and pursue leads to accomplish weekly sales goal
- Oversee direct calendar and scheduling for initial appointments
- Review projects with customers on-site, making sure to implement effective listening skills to understand customers needs/ wants
- Strive to provide the best estimates for our customers
- Create estimates and submit estimates to Sales Manager to pursue contracts with customers
- Regularly review and follow up with leads and prospects to identify how to move them to the next milestone
- Log completed jobs into geo-tracking database
- Maintain highest level of communications with HERO exteriors team members
